Kelly Frost

Deceased. (1987-2003)

Sixteen years old. Toronto native, ran away from a wealthy home in April of 2003.

Found dead in an alley in October of 2003, apparently of a heart attack. Xariel later discovered that she was a victim of Sandalphon's dream-ravaging attacks.

Her death, and those before it, were initially the focus of substantial media attention. The earthquake and riots in Los Angeles, however, have distracted attention from the case.

Kelly stayed for some time at Angel Sanctuary. She was close to Jill Thompson, who somehow managed to get her into a Chicago public school.

Lexington-Branche investigated Kelly Frost's death on behalf of her family, free of charge. In part due to the efforts of Branche detective Stephanie Hart, the investigation is no longer active. As of Little Earthquakes, her body was to be returned to the Frost family.
