The Second House

Guardians

On the second day, God spoke, and Her words became the Angels of the Winds. "Go forth," She said, "and carry my breath to all the places in Creation."

The angels of the Second House were known as Guardians, watching over humanity from the first breath they brought, and through all the days of their lives. Back then, that was forever.

Scourges

In rebelling, they learned to bring death as well as life, and in doing so were named Scourges. Along with the Seventh House, they were perhaps the most grieved by the mortality of man.
