Setting Description: Outlaw street racers raise the flag of revolution against a corrupt state in a world running out of oil.
Inspiration: The Rush song of the same title.
License to Kick Ass: Despite the private ownership of automobiles being outlawed, you have one and are compelled to race against your fellow outlaw drivers as a way to thumb your nose at the authorities, who are determined to take away the cars you so cherish.
Chi Is: Personal freedom; you lose it when you are jailed or your car is taken away.

While I sail over the heads, I holler a hearty "F--- You!" to the pigs below to the accompaniment of Sammy Hagar on full blast on my stereo!
